Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a writer, singer, and actress in the United States for over forty years. She is most famous for her role as Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). The stage debut of her career started in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Then she appeared in several Broadway performances before she was the most famous on stage together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. In the same calendar year she debuted her debut music album called It's Tina Time. Louise first appeared in Hollywood as Griselda Walden, in God's Small Acre, a film from 1957 that was a dramatic. The film was hugely popular and Louise even won the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her friendship with Lee Strasberg. Her most memorable performance came in 1964. She was signed by CBS to play Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour managed to play between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting as a sombre character against her famous image as a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Sanctuary but she also established herself as a successful television director with numerous series, including Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex Ontario, on the 27th August, 1965. Her family moved to Toronto around the age of three. Her childhood was spent there as well as her adolescence. Samantha Carter was chosen in 1997 for the role, and she has settled down to Toronto since then.
